Gathered in TheWEL programme you will find resources to introduce the practice of integrative and self-care approaches. TheWEL is underpinned with support for the process of personal change - by sparking the self-relationship towards greater self-compassion. It builds on this with theory on healing, PNI and the Mind-Body, and practical instruction on nutrition, meditation, stress management, dealing with thoughts and feelings, the Healing Cycle and mindfulness.
